- Established RFID-labs with at least three RF related research projects within the last 12 month.
- Submission of a white paper towards a new aspect of RF, reviewed and accepted by the alliance (2/3 vote)
- Signed contract by head of corresponding university
- Limited to 2 new members per year up to a maximum of 20 labs. Limiting enrollment to two units per year shall make it possible to optimally integrate new members in the existing structure. At the same time, increasing the number of labs above 20 units will add little value but increase management complexity.
